One of Monodraught’s key strengths is in the amount of project-specific design work they carry out at the outset of every project. Their engineers employ several in house and industry standard modelling tools to simulate the performance of their systems, most notably the Building Simulation package “IES”. This helps to ensure that the systems are correctly sized and that the design criteria will be met in the real world.

As Monodraught’s partner in Ireland, Fairhaven will oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial discussions with design engineers right through to installation, commissioning and maintenance, ensuring that each system meets the high standards expected from such a well respected brand.
