Fairhaven are distributors for the Vent-King range of Stainless Steel canopies for commercial kitchens. These high quality units are fabricated from food-grade stainless steel to comply with the HVCA DW172 guidelines, with the following standard features.
- Full perimeter condense channel with 25mmlip turned at 60 degrees for ease of cleaning
- Stainless steel baffle type grease filters (UL/ULC listed)
- Removeable grease collecting drawers within the apron of the filter housing (ensures filtered grease cannot fall onto cooking surface)
- IP67 rated recessed light fittings to give 500 lux at the working surface (as per DW/172)
- Mezz type flanges on all rectangular duct spigots
