Mandik AS manufacture a comprehensive range of innovative “frameless” air handling units from their base in the Czech Republic. All AHU panels are manufactured from scratch in Mandik’s state of the art metal fabrication centre using CNC technology to achieve very high levels of accuracy and tight tolerances. High quality components are used throughout, including Ziehl Abegg direct drive fans and Siemens controls (optional).
Mandik units are certified by Eurovent, RLG and TUV-SUD, so you can rest assured that the quoted performance and characteristics of the unit will be achieved in the real world. All units offered are ErP 2018 compliant (where applicable).
We offer a choice of 3 casing variants:
- 50mm thick T3/TB2
- 50mm thick T2/TB1
- 100mm thick T1/TB1
Each unit can be manufactured with a choice of finishes internally and externally: galvanised mild steel, stainless steel (304) or powder coated to a RAL colour of choice.
Using Mandik’s own in-house selection software “AHUman”, Fairhaven can produce bespoke AHU specifications and quotations on a same-day basis, allowing quick turnaround of enquiries. For designers using BIM, a plugin for Autodesk REVIT allows the unit specifications to be loaded directly into a REVIT bim model.
