Design and Drafting
For small ventilation jobs and one-off installations, we can design a bespoke system to meet your requirements. We also provide a drawing service whereby we can overlay ventilation schemes on existing CAD models. Our drafting system is fully AutoCAD(TM) compatible.
Installation
We’re not installers, but we can always recommend a reputable local M&E contractor or ducting installer who can fit your ventilation system.
Commissioning
Commissioning is the process of carrying out initial checks and balancing the airflow through the ventilation system to ensure it is performing as intended, prior to hand over. The latest building regulations place more focus on this aspect of the hand-over process, having recognised that the performance of a ventilation system can be vastly degraded by incorrect installation or lack of proper adjustment and balancing. We can carry out commissioning on most ducted systems in line with CIBSE Commissioning code A.
Servicing and spare parts
AHU need servicing or spare parts? We can supply spares for all the most common AHU makes and models, including fans, motors, belts, pulleys & air filters.
Inspection and testing
Regular inspection and testing of ventilation systems is essential to ensure they remain in working order, and is mandated for certain ventilation applications such as Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) and public buildings with an Entertainments License. We can inspect and test such systems and, providing they are in correct working order, issue the relevant ventilation certificates. Please enquire for more details.
